Innovative book suggests scientific solutions to end traffic woes

Imagine a world with no congestions, no need of fossil fuels, cars that could drive themselves and humans equipped with ‘Clever Clothes’ that could even make people fly. Do you think this is another plot of a sci-fi movie…? No, it’s not! An innovative book has provided some scientific solutions that if incorporated could do wonders for the human race and definitely make the world a much better place to dwell.

The book named ‘Transport Communications’ has been written by Chris Kissling and John Tiffin. They have envisioned a world devoid of fossil fuel dependency, congestion and the threat of global warming. Instead of depending on fossil fuels the writers have envisioned a world much more dependent on GPS, computers and not to mention nanotechnology.

All these techniques could fulfill a range of functions, including the tracking of crowds through public transport hubs or the remote guidance of cars, planes and ships. Other techniques such as virtual reality could eliminate the need for travel. They have not predicted a complete end to human contact as some people are really fond of travelling. Moreover, Artificial Intelligence might not ever be able to come anywhere closer to the human brain making it necessary to have some humans to keep a command over things.

These writers are accused of stealing others’ ideas and of elaborating nonsensical and unfeasible scenarios, since some of the techniques they have mentioned like driverless cars are already in operation. The authors have acknowledged that their book in pure and simple, but they have defended that their ‘dream systems’ are already under development.
