Jesse James, of West Coast Choppers goes green beside his motorcycle business by opening an earth-friendly joint selling hamburger, which features not only organic veggies, but also biodegradable wrapping besides prime beef.

The restaurant, named Cisco Burger, is claimed to use preservative and hormone-free Kobe beef burgers. It also features burritos that are low-fat and toppings, which are organic. And the most amazing part is with what the dairy is powered — by the sun i.e. solar energy.

James said, I wanted something you could eat everyday and not feel like (garbage) afterwards… We’re offering something a little healthier with better cuts of meat. You can eat it and not feel like you’re getting all fat and sick.

He attended the eatery’s grand opening Friday with actress wife Sandra Bullock.
