Eco Factor: Concept car powered by a hybrid engine.

The Halo Intersceptor by designer Phil Pauley could well be the future of personal transportation. The vehicle is a power hybrid, multi-functional ride that is based around one car with a couple of attachments. The attachments allow the vehicle to fly, float or run on the highways.

The designer states that the Halo Intersceptor should not be considered as a flying car, rather it should be considered a road legal airplane, helicopter and a motor cruiser in one. The vehicle features three connecting housings – the Halo 120 °, Halo 46 ° and Halo 22 °. Each of these housings offers a unique and unparalleled transportation experience.

The Intersceptor is a high performance cockpit with a four-wheel drive supercomputer. With a maximum speed of 311mph, the Intersceptor has a range of about 700m with a 0-62mph time of just 2.3 seconds. The Halo 120 ° is designed as a private jet that allows you to achieve a maximum speed of Mach 2. The Halo 46 ° offers private aviation to business travelers, saving both time and energy. The maximum speed here is 185 knots. The Halo 22 ° is a sports cruiser and features a race bred double hull for ultimate performance. The maximum speed here is 63knots with a range of about 1200 nautical miles.
