As you can see in the image the devices has a solar panel in place of the normal color screen. It solves two main functions; it can act as a trip recorder or can also connect to your Bluetooth enabled phone to deliver normal GPS functions. The device can store 50,000 waypoints in its 8MB internal memory and can run 35+ hours on a single charge.
The 32 channel MTK GPS chipset powered device can record your trips in three modes that are time, distance and speed. It also comes with easy-to-use software with which you can download the data stored on the device to your PC and then watch your trip on Google Earth. The same software can also convert data into many standard formats that include NMEA-0183 GGA, GSA, and GSV etc.
