Now I can happily buy my drinks in PET bottles, without taking the burden of them being hazardous to our environment — thanks to Innocent for launching world’s first PET which is made out of 100 percent recycled materials, thereby reducing the carbon footprints of the drinks by 55 percent and the overall amount of packaging to 20 percent. Now, this is an achievement because with regular production of such bottles, by next year over one thousand tonnes of carbon dioxide, which would otherwise have gone into the atmosphere, could be saved.
