Simple in its conception and sprightly in its demeanor, this is the all electric scooter from Fremont Motors named as Fido. But don’t be taken in by its minimalistic bearing, this petite contraption can hit a top speed of 45 mph. Adding to that, it features a fully removable battery with a range of 35 miles on a single charge and is accentuated to 70 miles with an optional boost pack.
The brakes, wheels and motor are kept on one side for easy maintenance. There is also a small storage kit that comes with the perky scooter, which can doubly act as a back pack. The company hopes to keep the whole cost down to around $5000 per vehicle, with tweaks in the production criteria in the existing prototype. Nevertheless, a zero emission ride combined with a smart style statement is surely to have its own ‘green’ allure.
