Why has the world become so materialistic? Selfish motives have long outclassed ethics, don’t believe me? Alright, let me put it this way; if I tell you this product called the TED Energy Detective Monitor will has a positive impact on the environment and lead the world towards a sustainable future, you wouldn’t care for it, however, if the same thing was narrated in a different ‘materialistic’ manner such as the product helps you decrease your electricity bill and save money, then you would have it ordered right away. Why? Why are we just confined to the word I? Is this what we are here for? These questions won’t affect you now but, finally there will be a day when these questions won’t ever exist.
