Now, there is a green element in the sleek and stylish exterior too, that uses clouding from EcoClad and saves you from the hassles of getting it painted and renovated again and again.
Imagine how the attention has been paid on every minute detail, recycled glass and concrete countertops are just an example among many others. At least I am really lusting over this unique house with marvelous green features. Zem Joaquin, the founder of Ecofabulous who designed it along with Jonathan Davis from pieceHomes to come up with this design. Ecofabulous is in its third year and I am amazed how in all these years they have come up with unique and green house designs.
The way space has been used to give a more open, easy and spacious feel to this home is also appreciable. Windows are such that they don’t disrupt entry of daylight in any way. Ceilings of different heights give illusion of a lot of space instead of structured look. Instead of drawing a wall in between the living room and bedroom, it is divided using a console that doesn’t join at the ceiling on the top giving more airy feel.
