This ensures that the commercial space will not interfere with the lighting, ventilation or the view of those working inside the building. The use of LEDs on this giant billboard will make sure that the energy consumption is not too high, and it surely adds an extra glint to the whole venture.
The Dark Side:
While the use of LEDs is great, an ad this huge might really be more a haunting giant than a pleasant addition to the Dubai skyline. Unless this constantly displays some sexy siren clad in scant clothes, it might not be a huge hit with the locals. But knowing Dubai, that possibility is quite unlikely!
