Eco Factor: Three new electric cars to be unveiled by Renault in September.
Renault has announced its plans to showcase three new “green” cars at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show that will be held in September. The three cars will include all-electric versions of the Megane Saloon, Kangoo and a new concept EV. Though the company hasn’t revealed many details about these cars it does say that these cars won’t hit the market till 2012.
While the other two cars are well on the internet now, the concept car is what is making many brains think. The company claims that the car will be a four-meter, five-door hatchback that will hit the streets in 2012. Renault stated that the company doesn’t believe in frightening customers away by making big claims so early, as it wants to tempt them without rushing things too fast.
