Eko will boast sky gardens that will not just add a touch of green to the building but also make sure that the inhabitants breathe fresh and naturally purified air. The 24-story tower will also possess 8500-square-meters of nano solar coating that will provide renewable energy to power the building.

The building will also provide space for 350 palms, a bar, a library and a large exhibition hall. In addition to the green areas and renewable energy generating systems, the tower will be built from sustainable materials that include the use of bamboo for the ceiling.
