Eco Factor: Table created from old newspapers and magazines.
Spanish designer Ruben Iglesias has shared with us his latest work, the Present Table, which has been made entirely from paper from newspapers and magazines. The structure of the table is made with paper tubes and the cover with braided paper. The table is finished with a colorful photo collage on the top, which represents a subjective view of all the different creation phases.
The table clearly displays the materials it is made from and plays with it. The table creates a color mosaic derived from its own material. All the joints in the table are hidden with paper that has printed figures on it.
