One thing I have learnt in that last month is that what many consider as trash, some consider as raw material to make profit from. It really makes me feel so dumb when I see all these people do so much with just recycled paper, tin cans, stoppers & other useless stuff (or so I believed). Some people are just much more creative than others I guess. But with I’m sure I’ll learn too. Anyway here is another creation from literally trash. This is not just an art form either, it is an actual fashion line that sells & makes profit! Well, if stuff looks as electric & stylish, as the purse in the above picture, then they sure do deserve to make some profit out of it.
Designing firm named Ecoist (& that is a much better name than ‘Oeuf’) has designed unique collection of handbags, purses, Jumbo Coin Pouch ($22), the Jumbo Everything bag ($28), and the Shoulder Bag ($58). While the variety in the collection seems to be as varied as in any other normal collection, what really sets it apart is its make. The entire product range is made out recycled newspaper, original candy wrappers & other recycled items! The collection indeed looks stunningly gorgeous & is a perfect sweet little gift for your sweetheart.
They even have a Confetti collection & some collector’s stuff. While one might feel that since this is made out of trash, one could go buy one anytime, that is not at all the case. You need to book your orders way in advance to make sure you get your item before it runs out. In case you want to go green & make your gal pals go all green with jealousy, get to buying one right now. (Don’t ask me addresses, do your own R&D)
