Coffee table made from recycled Honda Accord parts

Recycling is so in and everyone in the design and art world seems to be more than keen on getting in on the action. Created by New York based design house ReplayGround, this quirky coffee table was made from a rear window, robber and steel reclaimed from an ’83 Honda Accord. The glass of the window (with intact defrost lines) itself serves as a handy and sturdy table top which is supported by four legs “resembling” tires to better “suggest” the origins of the table. The wheels are made from rolled sheet metal and are surrounded with rubber to further authenticate the auto design and can be used as makeshift storage for smaller items.
