Here comes a unique and rare piece of handmade scarf that can put a buzz in your style list this Christmas. Galya Rosenfeld makes it. She works out of San Francisco. It’s made of reclaimed ultrasuede (scraps from the upholstery industry). Unlike the traditional tailors, she does not use thread, patterns or other tools in crafting he designs. The Costume Institute at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York has accepted her collection permanently. Each scarf is priced at $224.
