Clubs no longer remain an entertainment hub! Global warming along with its foreseen devastating consequences has led the farmers in north-west Victoria to form a biodiesel club — Sunraysia Biodiesel Club! The goal of it is to produce cheaper fuel.
The 25 member-club is presently experimenting the use of recycled fish and chip shop oil. They are also planning to grow crops specifically for bio-diesel.
The fuel to be produced locally will definitely reduce costs for members by about half!
