Beirut Terraces in Lebanon is modern architecture at its awe-inspiring best. JDS architects have designed an enormous and fantastic complex that will ensconce within its boundaries, the marina, recreation centers, around 70 plush hotel rooms, condos and 20 fashionable independent villas.
The sensational design aims to create an iconic site in the Lebanese capital. Every building, section, corner and space has a character of its own which when mapped together creates a unique concept that offers seamless integration of hotel rooms, villas, condos, a resort with vast open spaces, water pools, footpaths, waterfront terraces, and beaches overlooking a blue-green sea.
A natural cliff stands in between the independent villas and condominiums setting the mood for a peaceful living space. A huge stretch of landscaped green keeps the hotel at a quiet distance from the condos.
The master plan is a rare waving-weave pattern that offers innumerable opportunities for flexibility. The architects have created a woven quilt-like blue print that has every scope for effecting constructional and developmental changes based on utility and feedback over a period.
The private terraces promise enthralling views, complete privacy and a great sense of space. State-of- the-art swimming pools, recreation center and the Marina are star attractions. Bold interiors, straight angular planes, huge glass panels, and a tremendous sense of peace characterize the interiors of all the buildings.
