An eco-friendly convertible for your infant!

oeuf crib

Now, now don’t get too excited, we are not speaking about cars here, but we are talking surely about a convertible. It is a convertible crib for your toddler. So what does the crib convert in to? Does it have a retractable roof with a top speed of around 200 mph? No, it does not as it’s a crib we are talking about & not a Ferrari. But the crib can be converted in to a baby bed as your little toddler takes bigger steps with each passing day.

This convertible crib is named as Oeuf Crib & is designed by Sophie Demenge and Michael Ryan, the husband-and-wife designers, who founded the ‘Oeuf’ line of products in 2002. The company is known for its eco-friendly & stylish designs. This product is no different. The Oeuf crib looks really cute & has a nice tranquil feel to it. But do not even under estimate its ability to hold a toddler in its confinement. The walls of the crib would look like the walls of Troy for that little one trapped inside.

The crib can be easily converted in to a baby bed in 2 simple steps. That seems an easy task to do, as we just have to remove those tall walls on the side & put in some other little protection to keep your kid from rolling out of the bed. The reusability & the simplicity of the product make it a unique creation. It seems a perfectly crafted to give your young one nice nap (which in turn would give you a nice nap). By the way, the word ‘Oeuf’ means an ‘egg’ in English & I wonder why someone would name their collection ‘Egg’. Any suggestions people?
