Alexander Graham Bell is a man that surely deserves more credit than he ever got. He is the reason I keep in touch with so many people, I share my thoughts, I share my moments & can still wish my friends on each & every occasion. (& ya, he is also the reason for my fight today & yesterday, but we’ll let that go) Telephone has really made life appear a lot easier than it should be. It is useful, but sometimes is more than just that. While I personally do not believe that your phone shows your style but the latest style statements are being made by mobiles. I’m sure mobiles would rank very highly on most peoples list of “things they cannot live without”. I know a few people with whom, that is exactly the case.
Now Siemens Gigaset is a new concept phone that is being launched by the telecommunications giant & the company has gone all out in making the piece totally green & eco-friendly. Do not be mistaken by the word ‘green’ as the set comes in a really marvelous & wonderful serene white. The phone is made out of plastic that is claimed to be eco-friendly, which I’m hoping means that it is easily decomposable. It can run on a solar battery & it can also run on normal energy.
The phone is not only ecologically advanced but matches its eco-consciousness with unmatched technological finesse. It comes with all the features that techno-junkies look for in a normal phone. Siemens seems to have committed itself to making Graham Bell’s invention not only a hit with humans but also with nature. Maybe it should have been named “Gaiaset”.
