This is a really cool card and I just love fit for the sheer simplicity of it. I have always liked cards that say less but express more. Those huge cards that say pages together have never been to my liking. Everything must be simple, compact and sophisticated. This card wins brownie points just for the way in which it has been crafted and the fashion in which it encourages one to grow a bit of a green hair. At the end of the day, it is lovely, refreshing and interactive.
So it is not a ground breaking invention and neither is it something that will change the planet in a drastic way, but it is one of those little delights that if you receive can cheer you up for an entire day. The tiny green card designed by Jamie Wiek is a beautiful gift and should be a lot more than a business card. It comes with all your details on one side and a wonderful face painted on the other. It also comes with clear instructions and when you put the base of the card in water for a few days, the face grows green hair.
It grows Berros as hair. I still think that it would make great gift for kids who would love playing around with such stuff. Just imagine how such a little thing could impact them and will them on a green path for the future. The card is tiny, but the delight it gives us is immense. Just and just for that simple reason, I happen to like it enormously. Well done Jamie!
