A pair of students from Suffolk has planned to drive for a noble cause. Driving from London to Mongolia, across 10,000 miles of the most demanding terrain in the world, they will board a rusty £400 Fiat Panda named Peter, and painted to look like a Twister! It seems interesting.
They will be doing this with a view to raise funds for charities ‘Send a Cow‘ and ‘Mercy Corps‘. ‘Send a Cow‘ provides the poorest African farming communities with agricultural aid and livestock. And ‘Mercy Corps‘, a local eco-friendly Mongol charity assists the poor of rural Mongolia with practical support.
