True, every industrial process uses energy and creates waste. But, what if the process creates less waste? It would really be a relief to the environment. This is what Carpet-Burns is doing, rather in a bit more innovative way.
The company manufactures ‘Heat Treated Carpet’ (HTC), made from 100% recycled material. This material comes from faulty or end-of-line carpet waste from its manufacturers.
The HTC is a form that may be molded into any 3d form. The product build is waterproof, durable and hard wearing. With a very high resistance to staining, this material is also low maintenance, and non-porous one. You can make applications from this material for both interior and exterior use – i.e. for kitchens, bathrooms, restaurants, flat-packed furniture etc. To serve all purposes, it is available in various thicknesses.
