Last summers, I discovered kayaking, and though I’m not a pro at it, I did enjoy moving across water in this closed cockpit kind of water vehicle. Truly speaking, it’s not the kayak that is solar powered but an attachment called SPK-1. Compatible with almost all kind of medium or large kayaks, the SPK-1 is an outrigger attachment that propels your kayak through the water with the power of sun. On this flotation pod you will find a solar powered battery that juices up the 12V deep cycle marine motor. Three solar panels on the top absorb and direct the sun’s power to the battery. 
Made of foam and fiber, this pod is easily detachable for repairs and maintenance. Sturdy nylon straps and formed mounting brackets enable secured attachment to your kayak.
