Eco Factor: A series of lights made from recycled objects.
Anne-Cécile Rappa, a Swiss designer, has come up with a series of lights called Najah, Lazara and Ilham. These lights are made by enclosing objects in knitted plastic bags. These lights are exquisite, portraying flawless craftsmanship.
The Najah table lamp is made interestingly by using a salad bowl and covering it up neatly with plastic bags, whereas Lazara uses garbage bins as the light shade. It is a floor standing lamp that very efficiently makes use of an already exiting lamp base. Ilham, another master piece, makes the best use of a bucket as a shade.
