Eco Factor: Pedal-powered, electric and hybrid four-wheeled bicycles for short range transit.
JMC Motoronics have introduced a new range of four-wheeled vehicles that come in a wide variety of flavors to suit individual requirements. We’ve seen bicycles do a lot more than taking you to your office in a green way, but these new vehicles, named Tumtumcars, are much more than what they actually look like.
The company states that Tumtumcars comes in wide range of options that includes a fully human-powered model, a 33cc gas-powered engine model, a four electric models that are equipped with a single 350W motor, dual 350W, dual 700W and dual 1000W electric motors. All of these motors are fueled by the same 7Ah battery pack.
The electric Tumtumcars are priced according to the motors they carry, with the low end model retailing for $2750 and the highest end model for $3650. JMC Motoronics states that the company is working on a hybrid model as well, which should be available shortly with a 6.5hp gas engine coupled with any of the electric motors that are already being used by the company.
