The development, dubbed the Project Green, is designed to feature six buildings and provide 1,406,750-square-feet of space for residential use, 588,000-square-feet for office use, 175,000-square-feet for retail use and up to 5200 parking spaces. The development will incorporate the use of solar panels and wind turbines for onsite renewable energy generation.

The Project Green will maximize water conservation by harvesting rainwater and reusing gray water. Green roofs will also help prevent storm water runoff, while helping in regulating the interior temperatures.
