Newell Rubbermaid has recently unveiled the Paper Mate Biodegradable, the new line that is composed of biodegradable components. This is the first widely available line of pens and mechanical pencils that has brought biodegradable components into use in larger quantity. The main idea behind this green line is to add green aspects into our daily lives with products that are simple and affordable. Although, the Paper Mate Biodegradable products are similar to conventional plastic in appearance, but the compostable components behind them are a bio-plastic made from plant-derived sugar.
