Eco Factor: Zero-emission electric car runs on renewable energy.
The Squalus is a zero-emission concept car designed by Mexican designer Arturo Arino that aims to provide an eco-friendly drive in utmost luxury. The all-electric vehicle features four electric in-wheel motors providing the necessary propulsion.
The concept generates electricity from the spinning motion of the wheels and in case the electric motors stop working, the eco-car has a hydrogen engine up its sleeves as well. The Squalus also includes a big windshield that is laden with transparent solar cells to power the electric engines of the vehicle.
