Eco Factor: Helium-filled zeppelin powered by solar panels spread across its top.
Air travel has earned a bad name in the transportation industry for being the most polluting means of commuting. Looks like industrial designer Thomas Tzortzi is here to change our perception. The London-based designer has come up with a luxury airship concept that offers a zero-emission aerial commute. Dubbed the Eunoia, this gondola is powered by solar panels spread across its top.

The helium-filled zeppelin will be made from manufacture-use-disposal, with minimal effect in all regions. Initially the blimp will carry only eight people, but as technology evolves with time, it will take 60 people on an eco-trip. In order to maintain the entertainment quotient, it comes with different viewing mediums such as a viewing capsule (in the gondola), a sun-deck (spread across the top of the ship) and a viewing room (located in the nose of the structure). Besides, the Eunoia cuts out the need of an airport as it uses a mooring mast. Apart from being a greener alternative, I see this gondola as an artful masterpiece.
