Eco Factor: Ecological skyscraper features green terraces at each level.
With an aim to add an eco-friendly skyscraper to Paris’ skyline, French architect Jaubert Francois has proposed the “Hyper-Tower” – a twin-tower setup providing space for residential, commercial and sports facilities. The two towers are connected by a vertical park that starts at the ground floor and finishes at a soccer pitch on the rooftop.
The structure creates a lush vertical garden for the city and maximizes use of space by integrating several facilities in one building. While the sports and residential facilities occupy space on the upper levels of the tower, the lower levels will be used by shops, offices and restaurants.
