The Life Cube is a 4X4-foot cube that can be inflated to provide a decent 144 square feet of space for use in disaster relief operations. The mini home packs all essential materials for short-term survival and is also sturdy enough for longer living if necessary.
The cubical home can be installed by first unfolding the four corners of the cube to serve as a foundation along with its base. The base rests a few inches above the ground keeping potential pests and water problems at bay. The inflatable habitat that has been made from fire-resistant and tear-proof material expands over the 144sqf base making up the home.
The interior space is packed with a blog-up furniture set, couch for sitting and a bed for sleeping. Moreover, the house is equipped with dried foods, a drinkable water supply, first aid kit, radio and a stove. A small solar power system and lighting are included as optional products.
