8 Tallet or 8 House notably stands at the center of the project.
Designed in the form of 8, the structure has been broken both horizontally and vertically to ensure plenty of sunlight thereby reducing significant burden on the grid. Green spaces on the roof and in the courtyard not only reduce the urban heat island effect but also provide visual relief to the inhabitants. 8 Tallet also has steps which transverse its roof providing exercise and expansive views of the adjacent plains of Amager.
