Simple, elegant, cute, compact, light, eco-friendly. How much better can a bike get? Yamaha introduces Yamaha C3+ – a better version of Yamaha C3, which features a 49cc fuel-injected four-stroke engine can run up to 116 miles using just a single gallon of gas, thus making the bike highly fuel-efficient.
It wouldn’t be too wrong to call this Yamaha C3+, vespa-like. Its surface and curves gives a reminiscence of the vespa barring the smoke trail it leaves behind. If you could imagine a cross between a vespa and an ipod, I guess it would be the Yamaha C3+.
The Yamaha C3+ being the fifth environmentally friendly bike of Yamaha, for the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show, the C3+ is described by Yamaha as “a convenient ‘minimum electric commuter’ bike with a light weight, compact body with a helmet storage space.”
However, I doubt its popularity-to-be among men considering its feminine look. Nevertheless, I think a funky colour should help that. Most of its parts needing to be borrowed from the Yamaha C3, it should make it easy to manufacture and is expected to hit the market soon.
